We carry buildings in a variety of sizes from 8ft x 12ft up to 14ft by 40ft!

We pride ourselves on a 2-week delivery period for off-the-lot buildings. If a custom building was ordered, the average time from purchase to delivery is 4 to 6 weeks.

We sell shed models that include Modern, Barn, and A-frame styles.

We provide blocks for $4 per block.

Yes! With our 3-D Builder Tool, you can design your shed or building online—choosing size, colors, roof style, doors, and windows.

Yes! We offer free local delivery within 30 miles of our dealership lots. Delivery outside that radius is available for an additional fee.

Our professional crews handle setup and installation to ensure your shed or building is secure and level on your property.

Sheds - Your site should be clear and accessible and our professional installation crews will level the building with solid cinder blocks. These can either be purchased from the driver for $4 a block or you can provide your own.

Metal- Your site should be clear and accessible. Your floor surface (concrete, gravel, sand, dirt, etc.) must be level within 3in left to right & front to back. The pad has to be square and the exact size of your order unless you want additional pad around the building. Concrete is NOT included with our metal buildings and we do not offer concrete services.

Yes! We have rent-to-own options for both sheds and metal buildings.

Sheds-We provide a rent-to-own program with no credit check required. The down payment can be as low as your first monthly payment, depending on the shed type and model.

Metal - Metal requires at least 16% down plus first Months RTO payment. The concrete or pad can not be included on this payment plan. We do not offer concrete services.

With proper care, Pineview Sheds are built to last for decades. They are constructed with quality materials designed to handle the climate of the Carolinas.

Metal buildings are versatile and can be used as garages, workshops, RV covers, storage, or even small business spaces.

Permit requirements vary by county and HOA rules. We recommend checking with your local zoning office before installation.

In some cases, we may assist with removal for an additional fee. Please ask your local Yardscape dealer for details.

Yes. All NEW Pineview Sheds and metal buildings come with manufacturer warranties. Ask your sales rep for details based on the product you choose.

Yes, we work with financing partners in certain areas to provide flexible payment options so you can get the building you need without a large upfront cost. This is only available in certain areas, please ask your local Yardscape Sales rep for more info.
